Egg Incubator for Chicken, Quail, and Duck Eggs with Automatic Features
Category: haofy incubadora
Hethya, a brand from China, has been focused on incubator manufacturing and optimization for 28 years. The hatching rate of their incubators can reach up to 96%.
The Basic Incubator from Hethya can accommodate 12-16 eggs, while the Intelligent Incubator can handle 24-36 eggs. Both models feature automatic egg turning, built-in egg candlers, and dual power supply options.
To operate the incubator, first take out the hatching net, battery cable, tip bottle, and water spray bottle. Adjust the distance between the rollers according to the size of the fertilized eggs, then place the rollers. Connect the upper cover to the lower box's connecting wire, and plug in the power supply. Once the panel displays normally, press the "+" button to activate the egg-turning function.
Add water to the incubator using a sharp-nose bottle, adjusting the amount based on the water consumption rate to keep the water box filled. Inspect the fertilized egg development by turning on the lamp above the incubator. On the 7th day, remove any infertile eggs without bloodshot, and on the 14th day, remove any dead embryos to prevent contamination.
Three days before the eggs are due to hatch, remove the rollers and replace them with the hatching net, then transfer the eggs to the net. During the hatching period, spray the poultry fertilized eggs with warm water (avoid the humidity probe) 3-4 times a day to soften the eggshell and improve the hatching rate.
To check if the egg-turning function is working properly, press the "+" button. When the egg-turning indicator light is on, you can see the yellow long shaft rotating, indicating the incubator is turning the eggs every 90 minutes. If the machine sounds an alarm, press the "-" key to mute it, and the incubator will return to normal operation.
Place the incubator in a warm and stable environment. If the temperature is still too low, you can add a foam box to help maintain the optimal conditions.
Hethya offers several incubator models to choose from:
12-16 Eggs Incubator: No humidity display, $39.80 12-16 Eggs Incubator: No humidity display, $39.80 36 Eggs Incubator: Includes humidity display, $69.80 36 Eggs Incubator: Includes humidity display, $59.80
All models feature automatic egg turning, built-in egg candlers, and support dual power supply (110V and 12V battery). The distance between the rollers can be adjusted to accommodate different egg sizes, allowing for the hatching of various poultry eggs, such as chicken, duck, goose, quail, and pigeon. However, these incubators cannot be used for hatching reptile eggs.
The incubation times vary depending on the egg type: chicken eggs hatch in 19-21 days, duck eggs in 26-28 days, goose eggs in 29-32 days, quail eggs in 15-16 days, and pigeon eggs in 16-17 days.
