Guidance and Advice on the Incubation Process of Fertilized Eggs
To begin the incubation process, take out the hatching net, battery cable, tip bottle, and water spray bottle. Adjust the distance between the rollers according to the size of the fertilized eggs, and then place the rollers. Connect the upper cover to the connecting wire of the lower box, and then connect the power supply. Once the panel is displayed normally, click the "+" button - the egg-turning light will turn on, and the egg-turning mode will be activated.
Add water to the incubator using a sharp-nose bottle. The amount of water added needs to be adjusted based on the water consumption rate in the incubator to ensure there is always water in the water box.
Inspect the development of the fertilized eggs by turning on the lamp above the incubator. Check the eggs on the seventh day of incubation, removing any infertile eggs without bloodshot. On the 14th day, remove any dead embryos that have not developed to prevent contamination of the live embryos and the incubator.
Three days before the eggs are due to hatch, take out the rollers of the machine and replace them with a hatching net, then transfer the eggs to the hatching net.
During the hatching period, spray the poultry fertilized eggs with warm water (avoiding the humidity probe) to soften the eggshell and improve the hatching rate. Do this 3-4 times a day, ensuring there are fine water droplets on the surface of the eggshell.
To check if the machine is turning the eggs properly, press the "+" button. When the egg-turning indicator light is on, you can see the yellow long shaft in the machine rotating. The incubator will turn the eggs every 90 minutes.
If the machine's alarm goes off, press the "-" key to mute the alarm reminder. The machine will automatically return to normal operation.
Place the incubator in a warm and stable environment. If the temperature is still too low, you can add a foam box to help.
